It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Darleen Adens to Vice President of Operations. She will work with the Regional Managers to ensure CRM provides outstanding service.

In our 50th year, it is so rewarding to recognize Darleen for her commitment to excellence and to CRM.  Darleen started her career with CRM 30 years ago as an Office Assistant. She was subsequently promoted to Assistant Community Manager. Continuing her rise through the ranks as Community Manager, Regional Manager and now Vice President of Operations. This represents one of our shining star as we and move forward with our New CRM.

Darleen has an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation as well as her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM using the Minority Outreach Scholarship Program that was in existence at that time. She was one of the earliest in the country to gain the CPM designation using that program. She also obtained her NJ Real Estate Sales license and is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) under NAHB.

CRM is forging ahead as we implement improved training programs and operations and software support. We are also updating operations manuals and every aspect of the organization. We have come a long way recently and we will continue to move forward improving in every aspect of our organization. We could not accomplish this without the support and commitment from all of our CRM Team members. Thank you all.  Congratulations to Darleen. Now, let’s go!!
