Rowan Towers
At Rowan Towers, you can enjoy all the comforts of home at an affordable price! Rowan Towers offers spacious studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments in the heart of the city of Trenton. Standing tall at 15 majestic stories high and comprised of 196 residential units, this community is the perfect place to call home. The apartments offer large closets, gas ranges, lots of cabinet space, select units have breathtaking views that overlook the neighborhood, and much more. Rowan Towers is located minutes away from area schools, local parks and museums, as well as the Delaware River.
Be A Gem Crossings
“Be a Gem Crossing is the best thing for our community in a long time,” remarked block captain Arletha Pickens. Located on Germantown Avenue in Hunting Park, Be a Gem Crossing stands where a nuisance motel once operated. The project, spearheaded by North10 Philadelphia, represents a $20 million investment in the community. This four-story development offers two and three bedrooms and includes a ground-floor commercial space slated for a community organization. All units are subsidized through the Housing Choice Voucher Program, administered locally by the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
Dauphin House
Dauphin House is a welcoming community in North Philadelphia designed for the elderly and disabled. It offers spacious apartment homes, conveniently located near food markets, pharmacies, restaurants, and medical facilities. Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including on-site management, in-unit appliances like refrigerators, ovens, ranges, washers, dryers, and climate control. Additionally, there’s a resident lounge for socializing and relaxation.
Frankford House
Frankford House is a new affordable housing development dedicated to seniors in the Frankford neighborhood of Philadelphia. Supported by a Section 8 voucher subsidy and includes six apartments that are fully accessible. A key highlight of Frankford House is its strong community involvement, making it a vibrant addition to our portfolio.
JMB Gardens
Former Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy has returned to his hometown of Harrisburg to break ground on JMB Gardens, an affordable housing complex named after his grandparents. This property will bring new affordable housing in the Harrisburg area. It features one, two, and three-bedroom units. Additionally, six units are ADA accessible, and one unit is equipped for residents with hearing and/or vision impairments. McCoy, reflecting on his childhood in the area, expressed his commitment to creating a safer environment for future generations.
Father Augustus Tolton Place
Father Augustus Tolton Place Senior Housing, a residential community for seniors in Philadelphia, PA. This property offers spacious apartments with modern amenities, exceptional service, and an ideal location within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Developed by Catholic Housing and Community Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, this affordable senior housing program enables residents to remain active in their communities while enjoying stylish apartment living.
Bethel Village
Harrisburg area seniors will soon have a new home at Bethel Village, an affordable housing complex for senior citizens. The development will feature apartments for seniors aged 62 and older, including apartments for people with disabilities. The building will also include common areas, on-site management offices, maintenance areas, and laundry facilities on each floor. A multi-purpose community room will offer supportive services, resident activities, and more. Pastor Brangman of Bethel AME Church shared his excitement, celebrating the realization of a vision born in 2015, made possible through partnerships with RB Development.
Compassion Senior Living
The groundbreaking of Compassion Senior Living in the Cobbs Creek section of West Philadelphia marks another milestone in our commitment to affordable housing. This senior community will be brought to life with the support of the Church of Christian Compassion and local and state leaders, will offer a variety of amenities designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents.
Mid City Apartments
Mid City Apartments, located at 2025-29 Chestnut Street in Center City Philadelphia, is an affordable housing residence serving previously homeless individuals. Spacious layouts and amenities welcome residents’ home, along with exceptional service and an ideal location within walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment options. Mid City is a key part of Philadelphia’s continuum of care for homeless people; Mission First has committed to continue that support by designating 100% of the new units to be leased via referrals from the City’s permanent supportive housing referral process. The residents who are referred through this process are extremely low income with 75% having incomes below 20% of AMI.
